Windmill Investment LLC acquired multiple office portfolio in San Antonio from the real estate company Cotter & Sons. The properties, Alamo Towers, Petroleum Towers and 1800-1802 Plaza, encompass over 520,000 square feet of rentable office space. In August 2019, Windmill selected JLL as the exclusive leasing partner, property manager and project development services (PDS) provider for the properties.
The acquisition illustrates the vibrancy and high level of investor interest in office product across San Antonio mostly due to the region’s strong business fundamentals and tremendous quality of life. Each of the assets are well-located and primed for repositioning. The properties offer great accessibility and visibility to prospective tenants and the region’s quality workforce given their locations.
